CipherTrust announced that Steve Sheinbaum has joined the Company as its vice president of channels and distribution. Sheinbaum has worked for Nokia, Sony and NEC.
Christopher B. Lofgren was elected to Computer Associates Board of Directors. His election brings the number of directors on CA's Board to 12, including eleven non-employee directors and one employee director.

Juniper Networks announced the appointments of Alan Boehme to the position of chief information officer (CIO) and Kevin Q. Smith to the position of vice president of operations.
SurfControl appointed John Dillon to the role of chief marketing officer (CMO). As CMO, Dillon is responsible for SurfControl's global field marketing, corporate communications, product marketing and product management efforts.
