Perimeter Internetworking Acquires Red Cliff Solutions
MILFORD, Conn. -- Perimeter Internetworking, a provider of managed security services for financial institutions and other businesses, announced their acquisition of Red Cliff Solutions, a provider of managed security services to credit unions. Red Cliff Solutions is Perimeter’s sixth acquired company in the past two years.
