GlobalOptions Group Acquires On Line Consulting Services
NEW YORK – GlobalOptions Group, a provider of domestic and international risk management services, announced that it has acquired privately held On Line Consulting Services for $2.7 million, consisting of $1.35 million of cash, $1.35 million of common stock, and the assumption of certain liabilities.
Established in 1984, On Line Consulting is a national security and safety consulting and management services company led by their founder, Sandy Zirulnik. Headquartered in Oakland, Calif., the company focuses on security, fire alarm, and communication system strategies for a broad range of public and private sector clients. On Line Consulting had approximately $3.0 million in revenue in 2006.
“The acquisition of On Line Consulting will complement and enhance services we offer through our SafirRosetti business unit, which is a leader in security and safety management and consulting services,” said Dr. Harvey W.
