Perimeter Internetworking Acquires Breakwater Security Associates
Milford, CT -- Perimeter Internetworking, a provider of multi-threat, managed security services for financial institutions and other businesses with high data availability and security requirements, announced their acquisition of Breakwater Security Associates, a provider of managed security services and information risk management. Breakwater Security is Perimeter’s seventh acquired company in the past two years.
