Articles are now being accepted for ITDefense Magazine
Feature articles may run between 1,200 and 2,500 words, unless otherwise specified by agreement with the Editor.
Digital images are welcome and should be submitted via e-mail. Tiff files are preferable, but other formats, such as jpegs, are also acceptable. Please send high-res images (300 DPI).
Text should be submitted via e-mail as a Word or plain text document.
Text should not refer to the qualities or benefits of specific companies except in the instance of an attribution to a quote. For example, "Computers should receive routine maintenance checks," says John Prince, president of Acme Computers. Supplier Spotlights are the exception and retain their own set of guidelines.
The Editor holds the right to edit pieces as necessary for length, grammar, AP style and word usage. Significant changes (those that may affect meaning) will be discussed with the author.
Authors will receive a byline and are encouraged to include a paragraph of biographical information at the end of their piece. The paragraph should include personal or company information, as well as contact information.
